Clark D. Bailey

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, U.S.A.

Clark brings to Vilna Energy LLC a rich legacy of expertise in managing and leading large teams associated with complex projects over his career. Starting in material sciences with a dedicated career in mechanical engineering then developing management and leadership skills thru experiences with various projects around the world.

A graduate of the University of Texas in Mechanical Engineering, he has made significant contributions to the oil, gas, chemical, and fertilizer industries with roles at EuroChem, Potash Corporation, and Fish Engineering.

Clark’s career is marked by successful management of large-scale, multi billion-dollar projects. He is very knowledgeable in the natural gas and the energy business in terms of design, compression, transportation, LPGs, synthesis gas, and cryogenics natural gas facilities including design/processing, storage, operations, handling and safety.

Larry A. Parnell

Head of Business Development, U.S.A.

Larry brings to Vilna Energy LLC an expertise in development and managing for all aspects of the hydrocarbon business whether it is in the ground or on surface and whether it is for oil, gas, or natural gas liquids both LPG and LNG.

With his hands on experiences working for such notable companies such as Bill Barrett Corp (Denver), Parsley Energy (Austin), Pioneer Natural Resources (Dallas), Amerada Hess (Houston & NYC), BP Exploration (Alaska), ARCO (Texas, Alaska, Egypt, China, Indonesia, UAE, North Sea/UK)) he provides enormous value which will help Vilna Energy to navigate through challenges associated with supply options to delivery of our energy products to various customers.

Larry has been involved in strategic planning, corporate mergers, asset acquisitions investment analysis and decisions for hydrocarbon reserves and development, operations optimization from drilling and completion through to offtakes and delivery of oil and gas products.

Currently he is on Univ of Texas-Permian Basin Advisory Board and a member SPE. Starting as a Petroleum Engineer graduate from Texas A&M, continuing education with a Graduate Certificate from SMU/Cox School of Business and graduate studies at University of Alaska, Larry has worked in all kinds of different regions and types of projects around the world.

Chris Coyle

Advisory Board, Corporate Affairs & PR, U.S.A.

Chris brings to Vilna Energy LLC over 30 years of wide-ranging business growth and management experience across Fortune 500 public companies and successful startups. From leading winning tenders for major government IT contracts to negotiating complex agreements, Chris’s business and management skills are highly regarded.

Chris will oversee the US corporate affairs and support Commercial team with a variety of key components including but not limited to Legal, Public Relations, and Government Relations, and jointly with other team members development of our structure, contracts, and businesses for securing products and assuring on time reliable deliveries to Customers.

Tomasz Chalimoniuk

Advisory Board, Corporate Affairs & PR, EU

Experienced Diplomat, worked as the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland in Brussels and the Minister of the Polish government

Serves as a key liaison for policy-makers and Government Relations at the EC and in Poland. Oversees Polish and EU partners’ relations and Government Affairs.
