A graduate of the University of Texas in Mechanical Engineering, he has made significant contributions to the oil, gas, chemical, and fertilizer industries with roles at EuroChem, Potash Corporation, and Fish Engineering.
Clark’s career is marked by successful management of large-scale, multi billion-dollar projects. He is very knowledgeable in the natural gas and the energy business in terms of design, compression, transportation, LPGs, synthesis gas, and cryogenics natural gas facilities including design/processing, storage, operations, handling and safety.

With his hands on experiences working for such notable companies such as Bill Barrett Corp (Denver), Parsley Energy (Austin), Pioneer Natural Resources (Dallas), Amerada Hess (Houston & NYC), BP Exploration (Alaska), ARCO (Texas, Alaska, Egypt, China, Indonesia, UAE, North Sea/UK)) or BP Exploration (Alaska) he provides enormous value which will help Vilna Energy to navigate through challenges associated with supply options to delivery of our energy products to various customers.
Larry has been involved in strategic planning, corporate mergers, asset acquisitions investment analysis and decisions for hydrocarbon reserves and development, operations optimization from drilling and completion through to offtakes and delivery of oil and gas products.
Currently he is on Univ of Texas-Permian Basin Advisory Board and a member SPE Starting as a Petroleum Engineer graduate from Texas A&M, continuing education with a Graduate Certificate from SMU/Cox School of Business and graduate studies at University of Alaska, Larry has worked in all kinds of different regions and types of projects around the world giving him a deep understanding of personnel, investors, and stakeholders making him the perfect results-oriented leader.
